About Bubolz Insurance
Since 1896, clients have trusted the Bubolz family to help them manage their insurance needs when Julius Bubolz visited farms in horse and buggy to sell fire insurance. Trust is important because all policies are not created equally. Clients use our four generations of insurance experience to help them select the insurance program best suited for their individual needs. At age 14, George Bubolz Sr. (1902 - 1996) hand-wrote policies from his farm home. In 1948 he and George Bubolz Jr. (1933 - 2002) opened an independent insurance agency in Lansing, Michigan, which allowed them to offer programs through many companies. George Bubolz III, licensed in 1976, joined the agency full time in 1983 and continues to run the Bubolz Insurance Agency, following the same fundamentals that were started in 1896. We still follow Julius’ motto: “We will conduct ourselves so that we will always
be welcomed back.”
