About Bubolz Insurance
Dedyne Insurance was started by Bob Dedyne in 1959. From 1965 until 1997 Bob and his wife Marsha operated an office in their home. In 1997 Bob opened up the office in down town St. Johns located at 325 N. Clinton Ave. In 2005 another family owned business, Bubolz Insurance in East Lansing, purchased the agency, now known as Dedyne-Bubolz Insurance. Bob Dedyne remains active with the agency on a part-time basis allowing him to spend more time with his family. The combining of the two family traditions will continue Bob’s motto “to provide the best service possible to our clients”. Nancy Crist-Owen is an Agent and the Operations Director for both East Lansing and St. Johns. She has been with Bubolz since 1988 and obtained her Michigan Property and Casualty Insurance Agent’s License that same year. She obtained her Life and Health Agent’s License in 2006. She attends various continuing education courses to maintain this license. She holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Northwood University, and has taken various courses at Lansing Community College in the area of human resource management and labor relations. She and her husband Aric, and their four children live in Eaton Rapids. Email Nancy Linda Kentfield is a Personal Lines Account Representative. She has been with Dedyne-Bubolz since 1996. She has worked in the insurance industry working for either an insurance agency or an insurance company since 1983. She attended the Michigan Property Casualty program at MSU. She and her husband Terry live in St. Johns. They have three grown children and three grandchildren. They enjoy spending their weekends at Houghton Lake. Email Linda Kim English is a Personal Lines Account Representative. She has been with Dedyne-Bubolz since 2005. She received an Administrative Assistant diploma from Harcourt Schooling in 2000. She and her husband Paul live in Ovid. They are members of the First Baptist Church in St. Charles. Email Kim Bob Dedyne started the Dedyne Insurance Agency
in 1959 and is now a part time Agent for Dedyne-Bubolz Insurance.
Bob received his Life and Health License in 1959 and his Property
and Casualty License in 1966. Bob attends continuing education
seminars to maintain his licenses. He and his wife Marsha live
